SHIPPING
IN SINGAPORE
Free shipping applies in Singapore by registered post and couriers.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment notification via email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery progress.
Deliveries take between 3 – 5 working days.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship all orders from Singapore and ship to the UK, Australia and New Zealand. International shipments will require a signature upon delivery. All orders over $150 will received free shipping. These will be sent via an international carrier.
There are two options for International postage in either Zone 3 (Australia and New Zealand) or Zone 6 (United Kingdom) which you can select from during online checkout, up to 500g and above 500g. Visit our FAQ's page to see an approximation of how much your order will weigh.
You should be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products and any orders designated for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to import fees of which we have no control and are unable to provide estimates of as they differ widely from country to country.
We do not take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Indii Breeze pieces. However, if you change your mind, we’re happy to accept returns on full-priced items for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 working days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Sale items are strictly not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit unless prior agreement has been made before purchase. Where such agreement has been granted, a small return fee may apply.

Before sending anything back, please email sam@indiibreeze.com to initiate your return request. Once approved, you will be provided with the next steps.

Please ensure your parcel is securely packed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Indii Breeze is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days via your original method of payment. Once completed, you will be notified via email.
Exchanges
We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests for full-priced items. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed. If your requested size or style is unavailable, we may not be able to fulfil the exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at sam@indiibreeze.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.
